Take Stock from Time to Time...

To make the most of your LIFE, find out what you can implement to make each year so wonderful for you!

2007 is ending soon*** For people who set goals at the beginning of the year, it might have been a very fruitful accomplishments and great memories. But for people who do not practise goal-setting, they might be wondering where all that time went and where they might be heading.

It is good to periodically review the goals that you have set. It's still not too late to start thinking and planning what you would like to achieve in some areas of your life and beyond.

  • Set Realistic Goals - Make sure you write them down before you decide how you will achieve them. Do commit and put in realistic goals, display on your fridge, desk or some place where you can see them everyday.
  • Focus on your Health - This is our greatest asset or greatest liability. Do schedule a check-up with your doctor, implement an exercise programme if you do not have one, take healthy food to boost your health.
  • Invest in Personal Development - Keep brain active by reading, attending workshops, finding new network, listening to tapes or CDs in your car, do online courses or enrolling new education
  • Eliminate Time Robbers - Reduce things that rob your time such as television, running errands, checking emails too often, long phone calls and waiting times. Control well and get rid of less priority.
  • Find Very inspiring people you can learn from. Minimise your time with the very draining people in your life. Be strict with yourself and you can practise being positive.
  • Make time for those you care about. Balancing work and family is a challenge for most people. Focus on those you love and do not forget to remind them how much they mean to you. Promise yourself you will not take anyone for granted.
  • Create a daily "attitude'' to do list, so you can use every day.
  • Choose to be ''amazing'' each morning, make a commitment to yourself so give it your best.
